Math Science Partnership Workshop

VCSU-Great Plains STEM Education Center conducted a 2 week workshop June 6th - June 17th, 2011 at Sitting Bull College in Fort Yates, ND.

Standing Rock teachers learn how to incorporate STEM in the classroom.
Approximately 60 teachers, ranging from PE teachers to Math teachers which teach all grade levels, participated in this partnership grant workshop held at Sitting Bull College in Fort Yates, ND in June 2011.
“It’s amazing how easily engineering and technology team with the writing process to really give kids a unique learning experience,” English teacher Tammy Greff said.
